Design of a global, highly scalable B2B platform architecture including Master Data Management for an international high-tech corporation.
What Was Built
Engineering the system architecture for a complex, six-language sales platform. The technological core was consolidating four distributed legacy systems into a central Enterprise PIM. In parallel, this involved C-level stakeholder management across three continents (Europe, Asia, Americas) to orchestrate the global digital sales strategy.
Outcome
Flawless launch of the global platform architecture. The new system serves as a Single Point of Truth, synchronizing product data in real-time across all markets and acting as the primary engine for scalable B2B lead generation.
