Project Background

Architecture and strategy design for the global D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) transformation of a market-leading industrial corporation. The mandate focused on building a resilient infrastructure for direct consumer sales.

What Was Built

Development of the digital D2C architecture based on in-depth system and market analysis. The project encompassed IT program management for the global rollout of the enterprise platform and the design of high-performance, customer-facing digital interfaces.

Outcome

Successful go-live of the first global D2C platform architecture. The scalable infrastructure opened up an entirely new, strategically and technologically advanced sales channel directly to the end consumer.
