Project Background

Strategic transformation of the SPORT 2000 digital presence: migrating from a classic monolithic platform to an open, highly scalable Marketplace Architecture.

What Was Built

As the technical program manager, the mandate covered architecture design, IT roadmapping, and the orchestration of complex data flows. Business units, external technology vendors, and integration partners were aligned to ensure the seamless technical integration of a massively scalable platform environment.

Outcome

Successful rollout of the new Marketplace Architecture. The system seamlessly processes over 60,000 SKUs and provides robust, API-driven data interfaces that secure the future growth of the retail network.
